"A lovely location and relatively good value for money, but the Rainforest rooms themselves are very tired and long overdue for a reno. No powerpoints next to the beds is a real pain, and would take 5 mins for an electrician to install. Note that the Rainforest rooms are in a separate facility away from the reception/bar/restaurant/beachfront rooms, which I'm sure are much nicer. Staff were great and the meals at Buko are excellent. "

"Perfect location directly across the road from the beach. Spacious unit and fully equipped kitchen made it easy and comfortable for our family of 4. Surf club down the road was good close option, but would have to drive for other dining options. We had an issue with a broken dvd remote, but after notifying the agent, they organised a new dvd player within the hour. Happy with that. Would stay here again for sure."

"We’re not notified of smaller cabin until after fees were deducted from card. The booking site said camp bed available on request but manager had no clue. My teenage son spent the nights in a swag that we bought with us. Cabin was 6x2m, not suitable for family of 4. Hot water not switched to full gas tank before we arrived. Wifi provided but didn’t work. Cupboards dirty, stains on pull out couch mattress cover and extra blankets unwashed and smelly. After 2 nights, we left a day earlier...
