"I booked for 2 nights. My spouse and I stayed here last year, and it was acceptable, but this time was different. I was greeted by a cockroach in the bathroom sink. I wanted to shower, but there were no towels in the bathroom. I found towels on the bed, but they smelled like they had been used. I had to ask for clean towels. Then, the power went out, and it was dark and hot, since the A/C was not working. A neighbor right outside the window ran a very noisy gas powered generator until the power...

"I did not have hot water. they did not provide the morning breakfast they advertised.I had no internet in my room. I stayed 2 nights and no one came to change the bedding or the towels and give bathroom amenities."
