"Very nice small hotel about 12 minutes away from Biel. Recommended. Free parking and reasonable price. Note their restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but there is a very nice restaurant 2 minutes away called Bahnhof but closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays!"

"The meeting that I was schedule to attend in Neuchatel was cancelled a full six months before it was to take place due to the Covid-19 pandemic. When I attempted to communicate with the hotel both through Orbitz and directly to see if I could get a refund, partial, refund, or postpone my reservation until next year, my queries were met with silence. Clearly not a guest-customer oriented establishment. The kept the deposit and didn't say a word. Very poor customer relations."

"Nice hotel in quaint old town of Murten. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as hotels own one. Lovely view of the lake from the breakfast room. Good continental breakfast. We stayed for one night as a stopover travelling from the Swiss Alps up to Germany. Easy parking outside hotel which also has garage if required. "

"Building overheated so strongly in winter that we were sweating just sitting in the room. Breakfast choices very VERY limited; just breakfast cereal and yoghurts and croissants. However, staff were helpful, location was convenient for us and the room was fairly big"

"Great accommodations for a small mountain town. The building was gut renovated in 2019 after having sat dormant for years after the previous hotel on site was burned down. Loved the inside vibe though the decor inside the hotel rooms were a bit sparse (spacious though). For Americans, there is no AC (not particularly uncommon) so beware. Hostess was good at communicating late checkin procedures since we did not arrive at the property until 10 pm. Overall lovely stay with all our basic needs...

"The room was very basic. We booked a 4 bed room (because that’s all was available) but when we checked in it was a small 2 bed room. No amenities in the room such as tea/coffee. Quite expensive for the facilities."
