"12/30/24- HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY. We had to catch a train at 5:55 AM. Cit'Hôtel le Welcome was the perfect place for it. Really less than 5 minute walk to the train station, therefore easy access to both the train and the Altibus to the ski stations of the Savoie! We did not spend much time there to enjoy the area, and the proprietor seemed very nice. We were in and out very fast. Quiet area, clean room with the necessary essentials. With a great imagination my daughter said the hotel...

"Honestly we were a bit concerned reading some of the reviews before our trip but our stay was fine! Reception staff friendly, check in and out process easy. The room was clean and tidied daily, breakfast was good. Nice balcony views. Sauna not working during our stay but other spa facilities were fine. No boot dryers in the ski lockers which would be a good thing to improve on."

"Always lovely to stay here, staff are friendly. The rooms I’ve always stayed in have been tired, but clean enough. BEWARE, Don’t bother paying cash for the Tax de Sejour upon check out as you will then be charged AGAIN on your credit card you used for security upon check in. I’ve been contacting the hotel since I got back to the UK trying to get a refund, but 7 messages later and I still have not heard back from them. The only negative to an otherwise lovely annual visit."

"This is a great hotel right next to the nursery slope in Motteret centre, so it’s ski-in ski-out. Rooms are cleaned daily. The buffet breakfast is excellent and the buffet dinner offers plenty of options which are changed each evening. The bar and lounge area is very cosy. The spa and outside jacuzzi are very welcome at the end of a days skiing. All the staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. We have just returned from our third stay at the hotel and will be back again next year!"

"Very nice room and great service. Very close to the ski slope, so ideal location. Only issue was linked to the Tignes ski resort parkings. Indeed it isn't possible to book a public parking online if not staying at least 5 nights. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Le Diva. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet food for breakfast and dinner was good quality and plentiful, with lots of variety. In particular the New years eve meal was excellent. The room was quite small, but there is a large bar area where we could relax and play games. After our day on the slopes (very close - ski in ski out) we would use the sauna or hammam and then enjoy playing pool in the bar before dinner. Thank you for...
