"Everyone is very friendly. It has a clean and fresh feeling when you arrive. The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Terrence was especially helpful to us and always with a smile. There is a mall very close and lots of restaurants. However we were told not to walk around there after dark. So we drove the 3 blocks and parked in the garage for less than $1. Worth it. We would stay here again. "

"Greeted with a warm and friendly welcome on arrival. The hotel offers a shuttle from/to the parking area and to/from the Gold Reef City Casino. The park is well maintained. All facilities and walkways are kept very clean which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast at Barney’s Restaurant offered a wide variety of choices."

"The staff were nice and I was even able to check in early, fantastic after a long flight. The entrance is gated which is for safety and I saw lots of hotels like that, but it made me uncomfortable about the safety of the area, but then I was told that’s what Johannesburg is like. "
