Rooms need to be soundproofed as at night you can hear all of your neighbours pillows should be changed from time to time because been just used and very basic toiletries it's nice to have shampoo conditioner or body lotion in the rooms"

"We first stayed for three nights and then returned two weeks later for four. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced in comparison to everything around there. The neighborhood was quiet with great access to Rosenborg Castle its park and all the walking street has to offer. Lots of good restaurants close by. A bit of a walk from the metro, 8-10 minutes but other than that we had a wonderful stay."

"Generally quiet, residential area that is close to the city via metro. The balcony was a plus since we could open the door to let a breeze in when the weather was nice (no AC, but fan is provided). We stayed there for a week and it was well worth the money. "

"I've been staying in MJ's for many years. I love the atmosphere - very unique and amazing, great staff, fantastic breakfast - food and drinks and also the atmosphere (breakfast by candlelight). Really friendly staff, so helpful, I asked for a kettle to make tea in my room and got one immediately. Most rooms are very spacious and well heated (floor heating in the bathroom) and the windows can be open. Flamingos everywhere, I particularly liked the one in my bathroom. "Had an amaizng stay for four nights. The elephant in the room is yes, there are trains going past very close. The trains do ease off into the night and ear plugs are provided. I'm not a light sleeper so it didnt bother me at all. The hotel was clean and tidy, awful tea... But i can forgive that. Comfortable bed and good shower. The hotel is very well connected just outside of the city centre. The staff were delightful throughout my stay. I will be back!"
