"Warmth welcome. Comfortable beds, warm shower, clean room, towels provided, refreshments in room such as tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits etc. Breakfast included, cerals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, fruit juice, tea/coffee and choices of cooked breakfast. "

"You’ve got to love the land’s end hotel. We celebrated our 5th and now, our 10th anniversary with a stay here. The last time we had kept it to ourselves and yet there was nothing to complain about. This time, I informed the staff and they made efforts to especially decorate the room which we highly appreciate. It’s always great to be here!"

"Walking distances to train and bus station. There is a bit of a walk up stairs with luggage. No elevator. The rooms are named after different places in area. The one downside is the dinning area needed reservations and stop food early. Luggage storage great. Communication prior to visit was amazing. Would stay there again and overall enjoyed visit. "

"Perfect location with views over st Ives. Lots of space. No pub noise. Breakfast (not included) in pub was good. No parking and 3 flights of stairs (to bathroom, to bedrooms and to apartment) were exceptionally steep. "

"Ive spent the passed near on 3 weeks staying here and i have had a great stay. Great staff ,very friendly and welcoming. The food is lovely and on point. The rooms are cleaned everyday along with clean towels and bedding and refills of tea, coffee every day. I will be retunng next week to stay again... highly recommended 👌 "

"This is such a beautiful property, and felt well taken care of. Breakfast with a view was a particular delight. "

"Comfortable room, though not large, with en-suite and a really comfortable bed. We were welcomed on arrival and helped upstairs with our luggage. We had key to come and go as we pleased and visited different places each day. Only one wet day, otherwise warm and sunny - good for October. Mostly came back to eat dinner at the Inn - food was delicious. Excellent breakfasts too. Staff did everything possible to make it a good holiday for us. Many thanks! "

"We were greeted with a lovely warm welcome, and showed to our room which was spotlessly clean, if rather small, but perfectly good for a one night stay. Decor/furnishings/breakfast room really nicely done. There was lots of choice for breakfast (vegan options well stocked), however the was no 'full English'. Parking was road-side round the corner, but still within 50 metres."

"All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were large and clean. There was a variety of delicious food at the hotel and also other options outside. Parking was in a free park a short walk from the hotel which was safe."
