"BED Nimman is a great little hotel. The breakfast here really is the highlight. Everyday they make something different and it's all healthy and delicious, you will never get bored even if you stay many days of the breakfast variety here. The room is simple but very nice, there's a 55inch TV where you can log in to your Netflix or YouTube account. Location is very convenient. My only grouse here is that because it is quite close to the airport you can hear the noise of the plane in the room. I...

"Convenient location to walk around the old city in Chang Mai. Two things to note- staffing is limited which was fine but something to keep in mind. Also the rooms are not soundproof so you’ll hear people walking by in the hallway or garbage truck sounds. Room was comfortable and would stay again, and we liked getting ice cream at check in 😀."

"Great six night stay at this small hotel. Most the building was finished as polished concrete, and very clean. Situated a few hundred metres from the main street, with many restaurants, cafes and shops to chose from. Scooter hire available from across the street (Big Jump) Small van selling beer and drinks on site, but no actual cafe. Staff were great and v helpful."

"This place is a 1star @ best booked for a week left after a night, 3.5 star how? Staying a 3 star down the st. For less that’s 1000% nicer! Try 9.5 Hotel... Staff was very rude about us wanting to check out early... but the loby & pics online looked nice... But in person the rooms are old & very dated, Bathroom was moldy & gross & Bed was very uncomfortabl!!! We could not get out of there Quick enough.... "

"Excellent hotel. Would recommend for anyone travelling to Chiang Mai. Staff ever so accommodating, nothing too small to be dealt with. Breakfast prepared freshly each morning at any time, plus the one evening meal we had on site was again freshly cooked and excellent quality. Nice touch is golf buggy that can be used at anytime to drop you off and pick up anywhere within old city walls. "

"The hotel is really convenient and affordable. The breakfast was really nice as well. The staff are more than help full. The bed is quite hard but the refitted it with a topper in a jiffy. All in all we would definitely come back in the future. "
