"Overall, they were really good, the only two things we found a little down was the breakfast being cold at 9.20am ( the rice ) , and ordering a taxi, the reception was not that great with it, otherwise, the staff and the rooms were good, one more thing , the lift tend to close before you get in , when a few people get off and you have to wait, then it closes immediately, dose not allow U enough time to get in ."

"Nice hotel, well maintained. Easy walking to lots of nice restaurants and shops. Nice pool area that we didn’t use. Nice friendly staff. There is security guard at night since there is no enclosed lobby, anyone can use the elevator. Only complaint I had was some nice. Not great noise isolation. Some construction outside. Still overall, great location, cool looks, nice place and pleasant stay. "

"The hotel is situated in a quiet side street on the more family friendly side of old town. You don't hear any of the traffic and hustle and bustle of what Chiang Mai can be. It's near the amazing Fern Tree Cafe where you cam get great coffee and cake. They have a super friendly ans helpful team of staff. I love their effort in reducing plastic waste by providing water in recyclable glass bottles (so being your own to refill). I wish they would also give the option of reusing the towels, as it is...

"The hotel is really convenient and affordable. The breakfast was really nice as well. The staff are more than help full. The bed is quite hard but the refitted it with a topper in a jiffy. All in all we would definitely come back in the future. "

"A great location to stay away from the crazy packed old town. Super walkable! Yummy breakfast, coffee, drinks, and of course water. Airplane noise was a bit loud, but I slept with headphones so it wasn’t a huge deal. "
