"The restaurant is great—delicious food and a breakfast buffet with plenty of options to kick-start your morning. The staff? Friendly. But there's an interesting duality to this place: you've got the Ibis side and the Mercure side. I never ventured over to the Mercure part, but it seemed to attract a lively professional crowd as well as some older guests. I wouldn't be surprised if that was their main bread and butter. "The staff were very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. No food only Pizza for dinner. Which was cold in middle and heated in microwave. No tea and coffee facilities. No fresh milk just UHT. If your using it just for stop over and just need a place to crash excellent as bed was nice shower was great as well"

"Stayed here for 2 nights as an emergency place to stay as I had mechanical problems on my bike. The staff were absolutely superb. The receptionist was delightful and very helpful making recommendations on where to visit and how to travel on the excellent, cheap and frequent bus service into town. Car park was very large and felt secure too. There is a big retail park next door which was very handy too. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows and bedding superb. "Overnight stopover, although in the city the underground parking and 24 hour reception made it a good option. My phone map showed the hotel on the opposite side of the road for some odd reason and we had to ask how to access the underground garage (from Avenue de Caen), but once we found it a good hotel. Comfortable night sleep, clean bedding and bathroom and and the bathroom looked recently done up. Friendly staff. Tasty and convenient breakfast included (continental with eggs and sausages). "
