"Very accessible from Matsumoto Station. The hotel was very clean. I especially appreciated the cleaning after 3 nights of stay to be sustainable. The towel bags was a nice feature so we were able to carry the towels to the bath. Breakfast was delicious. There were so many options ranging from Japanese to western. "A beautiful hotel! We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in the middle of the historic area of Takayama. It’s walking distance to everything you’d like to see. The hotel is clean, staff were super kind. They have free drinks each evening in the lounge and offer both western or Japanese breakfast for a fee. "Although right next to the train line and busy roads, it was still very quiet. Stayed in a bunk suite and the room was huge with a big kitchen, living room and bunks over 2 double beds. The bath on the balcony was so unique. The staff were very friendly and helpful."
