Staff very friendly and helpful. the sidewalk was icy and only way to get from room to reception was to go outside. Still, area was well plowed after a major snow event.The hot breakfast choices were cold, but can opt for also cereal, breads. Overall, nothing fancy but good value and well located. . "

"Lorraine, the property manager, was great! So chatty and helpful. The bed was comfy. We were able to cook meals, watch tv at the end of our day. Good shower. It was a nice home away from home. You'll need to bring your own paper towels & napkins. There is no cooking oil or spices other than s&p. We were happy with it."

"Everything is wonderful !The environment here is beautiful, close to the sea, clean and sanitary, only 1 km away from the lighthouse, and the famous Richard's lobster roll restaurant is within 1 km. The owner is very warm and friendly, and we are very grateful to the owner for giving us a thoughtful gift. We like it very much and have already booked to stay here next year!"
