"Great hotel option for trip to Wakayama. Very stylish hotel with great breakfast in a nice area."

"Conveniently located within walking distance from JR Wakayama and in front of the bus station, hotel is well situated for travelling to other parts of Wakayama or within the city. Hotel is pretty old and rooms are small sized. Bathroom is pretty compact which is typical of Japanese hotels. Do not get a room near the lift as walls are thin and can hear the lift moving up and down. Rooms are actually quite dusty as there were visible dust balls on the tea packets. "Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. The room is comfortable and well equipped. The onsen on the 11th floor is excellent, as is the breakfast, great range of Japanese and some western, best breakfast I’ve had in Japan!!"

"Nice hotel attached to a work office building. Lobby had no windows but the rooms had amazing view of the castle. 10 mins taxi from the station "

"The hotel is connected to the Tokushima Station and the Clement Plaza (small shopping center) so it is very convenient. I chose a bigger room and it was really nice, especially the bathroom with a tub that has a city view window (very nice at night).The bus stops are also right outside the main entrance and there are many dining options around the area."

"I saw many Japanese business people there, it is walkable to the Takushima Station, by taxi is under 1000 yen. I asked front desk staff about where is the nearest bus stop to get on buses to the Tokushima Station, but both the 2 staff on duty couldn’t give me a clear idea. Later I found out the bus stop is just 200 meters away: walk out from hotel main entrance, turn left walking to the cross road and turn left again. Only 250 yen to the Tokushima Station. "
