I contacted the Expedia agent. I never get my refund back and you guys you still advertising this hotel in your website. Even contacting the owner and no answer so ever."

"The only good thing was the nice and clean swimming pool. When I arrived, I had to pay again for the room in cash. They claim that they are not on Hotels.com. I have paid for the room in full on Hotels.com. I struggled just to get a receipt that I have paid cash again for the room. Breakfast was only a piece of bread and jam with coffee. "
