All of the staff were lovely other than one man (unfortunately didn’t get his name but he had brown hair and a face like thunder) other than him the staff were all happy to help and extremely accommodating for all needs. Another inconveniene was that the aparment was facing south and was very hot during a day. If I knew all that I would choose an apartment away from the noisy street and facing north or east. "
