"We checked in early morning there was no coffee maker in the room when we asked for coffee we were informed that coffee won’t be available for half an hour For a hotel which charges such tariffs not having coffee and milk sachets is really surprising "

"Hotel was under remodeling which was naturally not advertised during booking, so there was a general look and feel of dust everywhere. There was a general feel of uncleanliness in the family rooms I paid for. The bathroom has an unpleasant smell. The bedsheet was not clean when we walked in but they replaced it right away. The restaurant food was just average, not recommended even for coffee (they offer Nescafé which is a pity considering Kumbakonum degree coffee is amazing). Better to go to...

"We loved staying at the coconut alley. The staff were very kind and helpful. Most of all Mr. Saravanan who created bespoke dishes flawlessly. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunches and desserts. The rooms are cosy, comfortable and in close proximity to the beach. The rooftop also has great views of the sea. We would very highly recommend this to all the travelers who are looking for a peaceful convenient getaway from city life. "
