"I stayed at the Palms for four nights at the end of February. As a woman traveling alone, I was worried about feeling safe but I was very comfortable and at ease at this hotel. I appreciated the Front Desk staff and also the attention that my room got from housekeeping. Many hotels do not provide daily housekeeping services anymore, but the Palms does. "The Hotel is located on the same compound of Dolphin Mall so it is super convenient. You can just walk over in 2 minutes. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, and quick when requests were made. The rooms were large enough. Overall a nice hotel if you're planning a shopping trip or doing things close by. Do ask for a room away from the elevators though as you can hear the elevators throughout the night if you are closeby if you are a light sleeper."
