"We liked the convenience to station and quietness. The staff were lovely. We would have preferred without the music on a short monotonous loop in the corridors from 6.30 and in the public bath but that was a minor issue. Overall a great experience "

The hotel is miles from anywhere so you either need a car or use the hotel shuttle bus to ferry you to and from the nearest station. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The highlight was the traditional Japanese meals served in a private dining area. Every course (they kept on coming) is a wonderful new ‘taste surprise’. A yutaka is available for use. The hotel has a nice bathhouse! There are washing machines & dryers available on site. The breakfast is amazing- a large selection to choose from. The hotel has a restaurant. The closest restaurant outside the hotel is a Yoshinoya."
