"The condition of the hotel and rooms were terrible, the pictures given in your website is too old. May be they have pictures taken when the facility was new and clean. I booked two rooms for Myself (including my infant son)old parents but when I went in to the room, it was such disappointment. Both rooms got Lots of mold,no proper housekeeping (even worried about bedbugs), old furnitures. Plus rude and irresponsible reception staff. Hotel located on the beach, beach is worked by the local fishermen upto about 11:00 most days, very little hassle from beach hawker’s. Four or five restaurants within easy walking, loads more a tuk- tuk away. Mixed nationality guests including Indian . Many guests have been returning for many years , understandable. Experienced manager on duty every day with very capable staff in attendance. A most enjoyable stay"

"Below expectations! Disappointing. Renu down property. The cottages were not very well kept. Lot of wear and tear - broken cloth hangers, broken kettle, leaking wash basin etc. silver lining - the ala carte meals were tasty though not much selection in the menu. Buffet was bad! Quite inside from the main area. So no choice except to manage within the property only. However, transport desk efficient. Cabs reasonable. Didn’t take pics. "
