Well located for exploring the City, If arriving by train from the airport or main train station get off at Hauptwache stop and exit towards the end of the train you have just got off, the station before on the map may look nearer but it isn't. Reception is on the sixth floor, you need a card to access the other floors. Dedicated check in staff would be nicer rather than having to...
