3 Star Hotels in North Buffalo, Buffalo

"Days prior to my stay I called the hotels number provided by hotels.com just to TRIPPLE check the cost of incidental fees just so I had enough my card , I was told $100 even after asking the rep to double check …fast forward I arrive via Uber with my kiddos and was told the incidental fee was $250 so I immediately called the same number and that rep was only willing to update the new fee amount and could not help me ..after freaking out in the lobby because I felt defeated and left with no help...

"The hotel is very conveniently located near the airport and NYS Thruway. Physical plant has a lot of character! Needs updating but the staff are so friendly and professional I will definitely stay again for business."

"Hotel is amazing and close to the falls. You can actually walk to them, even to the Canada side. The view from the room was awesome! We came at the end of winter and many businesses were closed (?).We had a hard time finding an open restaurant for dinner. We drove around and the neighboring areas seemed abandoned. I hope it picks up as it is beautiful here."
