"Overall it was fine. When I first saw it on the river I thought that would be cool. But it is behind the highway. Not so cool. Parking garage was a wee bit tight getting into and out of but it was nice having parking! We still walked everywhere. Nice town. This location would probably be nicer in the summer with activities on the warf"

"Friendly and welcoming staff on reception. Room, albeit a bit small, was clean. Bathroom was very clean, great shower. Good hairdryer. Bed was comfortable and pillows too. Breakfast, good choices. Underground carpark, safe and secure for 10€ per night. Would stay here again if in the area. 👍😃"

"This is quite an old Campanile, which hasn't been refurbished in many years. The walls (woodchip) could do with a decent clean.The rooms show signs of smoke stains too. "

"Stayed here for 2 nights as an emergency place to stay as I had mechanical problems on my bike. The staff were absolutely superb. The receptionist was delightful and very helpful making recommendations on where to visit and how to travel on the excellent, cheap and frequent bus service into town. Car park was very large and felt secure too. There is a big retail park next door which was very handy too. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows and bedding superb. "I am a tour guide and visited many places and stayed at many different hotels and I can say with confidence that this hotel and its facilities were exceptional. The room I stayed in was very clean,there were several amenities I have not seen at any other hotels, such as a razor,comb,toothbrush. The location was close to dowtown and there is a Lidl right acoss the hotel. I can reccomened this hotel to anyone who wishes to stay in Rouen. "

"Our last stopover of our holiday before getting the ferry from Calais. The area was very busy. A lot of shops, restaurants and a hyper market, handy if you need to fill up for your onward journey. Check in was easy by a very pleasant man. I had to pay for our dog, €5 per night. He changed our room to a larger one as we had the dog. Normally down graded !!! The room was comfortable, especially when we got the heating on. The bed was huge bigger than a king size and comfy. Bathroom was adequate....
