"Staff was wonderful,We have a minor issue when we arrive around midnight,talk to Itzel the person in charge at the office,she was very nice and polite and fix our issues in no time. "The hotel is in a great location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but close enough to walk to everything. The breakfast staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the city and places to visit and things to do. "

"Reasonable place to stay, no issues, was comfortable. It’s maybe 10 mins walk from the corner of Oaxaca centro. The area is a lot quieter than centro itself, so late at night we felt slightly wary (we were two women) but the locals otherwise say it’s a safe area. It’s only 8 mins walk from ADO bus terminal which was nice. Breakfast was excellent. Safe worked well. Service was lovely. Hot water was hot. I would recommend this place overall but staying closer to centro might be more convenient "
