"Hotel is clean, if a bit dated, and is in a good location - 5 minutes walk from the train station and 2 minutes from the morning market. The breakfast buffet is FABULOUS, the best I have ever seen! "The staff provided the 'Superb' service. I stayed at the annex building which was a bit dated but totally clean for 4 weeks. I had access to sauna, washing machine, dryer, kitchen sink, microwave, ice machine & Free breakfast. It took me 11 minutes to walk to Goryōkaku where I could enjoy viewing the cherry blossom & I loved it. I highly recommend this hotel. If I ever have the chance to visit Hakodate again during cherry blossom season, I will not hesitate to book this hotel again. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel from the wonderful staff to the spacious apartment hotel room. Check in was not until 3pm so we were able to store our luggage while we roamed around. When we returned to check in, the staff advised us that our luggage was already delivered to our room. This was excellent customer service and we appreciated it. We will definitely stay here again.
