"This is a great location - walking distance to City Centre. We were there in mid-January when there were no other guests, but Seamus communicated with us in advance so we knew how to reach him when we arrived and he was very friendly and helpful. His wife Cathy made us a custom breakfast the next day and let us keep our luggage there while we toured Derry. "

"Great breakfast. Convivial host. Great location although parking was a bit of an issue. No lift/elevator. Room was snug. Host went out of his way to return items left in the room which was greatly appreciated. "

"Great spot to stay while in Derry! The room and private bathroom were good sizes - enough space for my partner and I with our luggage. We were able to store our luggage with the key shop in front before our check-in time which was clutch. There was a shared kitchen on our floor which also included a washing machine. Didn’t need to use the washing machine but could be useful. The kitchen was stacked and even had some fruit and bread. Place was centrally located and walking distance to everything...
