"They have a basement with rooms. The steps going down into the basement are tiled, slippery, covered in rain and SUPER DANGEROUS. My last night carefully walked down the stairs and fell anyway. After a night in agony and pain I checked out in the morning. "We are family of 38 pax. Total 5 rooms. No trash can around the resort. Difficult to maintain cleanliness. Ac not working well. Water supply not good. WiFi not good. Lot of dogs at beach. Did not sleep well. Kids not happy. "

"Hotel room was very dirty and small. There were also a lot of mosquitoes and the AC unit didn't work very well, so I was bit even before we were able to settle in. Consequently, we ended up not staying at this hotel. Probably won't be booking there again nor via Travelocity again, unfortunately. "Receptionist & Staff are very nice and friendly. Hotel facilities is very good. What I dont like is the road leading to the hotel, it’s very rough, dusty and I found it very inconvenient if u have to do some errands. I recommend it but you need to deal with the road."

"Pleasant resort, enjoyable stay despite a few concerns. Several buildings, from older cottages to a new 3-storey building.
