"They have a basement with rooms. The steps going down into the basement are tiled, slippery, covered in rain and SUPER DANGEROUS. My last night carefully walked down the stairs and fell anyway. After a night in agony and pain I checked out in the morning. All the stops are tiled and slippery.. rain everywhere of course but dangerous slippery tile, If this was in America, they would have been sued. "It’s a great destination for a family vacation with small kids, the beach is quiet with mild waves only. Felt safe for the kids (3yo and 7yo) swimming in the sea. The room was spacious and air conditioning working well. The family room which can accommodate 8 adults is great but having only 1 bathroom for that many people is a hassle. Food is adequate. The staff and servers are amazing and very friendly. Overall a great stay, would love to come back again for a relaxing weekend. "

"We had an incident where they tried to up-charge us upon check-in. We were travelling with two small children (6 and 5 years old) and I booked a room with 2x queen beds, and was told this was for 2 people only, which was very confusing. It was resolved quickly. Other than this incident, our stay at the Pan was enjoyable. Thank you."

"Hotel room was very dirty and small. There were also a lot of mosquitoes and the AC unit didn't work very well, so I was bit even before we were able to settle in. Consequently, we ended up not staying at this hotel. Probably won't be booking there again nor via Travelocity again, unfortunately. "Close to transport"

"Receptionist & Staff are very nice and friendly. Hotel facilities is very good. What I dont like is the road leading to the hotel, it’s very rough, dusty and I found it very inconvenient if u have to do some errands. I recommend it but you need to deal with the road."

"Pleasant resort, enjoyable stay despite a few concerns. Several buildings, from older cottages to a new 3-storey building. We stayed in a Superior Studio, This is a very nicely decorated room, large, brand new and clean, good beds and bathroom, desk area, aircon, balcony etc The pool is great, could use a few inexpensive plastic loungers.
