3 Star Hotels in Pausa, Pausa-Mühltroff

"The checkin was really unprofessional, nothing was prepared, all data had to be filled out again on paper, the staff was absolutely not welcoming. They did not even inform me about a 25 EUR early checkin fee upfront. They gave me a room right above the smoking area. It smelled and was noisy. At the checkout they claimed I had breakfast. Never did and never ordered it. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly at all. Not what I expected at this house. Poor!"

"Great hotel for a great price. Clean, modern, well equipped. Quadruple room was great for us and our two kids. Would love to have parking better marked as well as signs at the back entrance. We arrived after dark and it was a bit uncomfortable driving around back of the building, but once we found our way it was just fine. Would certainly stay here again!"

"We stayed one night while travelling home. The hotel was very nice and clean. The only problem we had was it was very hot and we couldn’t turn the heating off. Would recommend this hot as the setting is beautiful and the surrounding are very quiet. "

On arrival, found out you don’t stay in the schloss, rather a very unattractive side building, freezing cold, tiny room. The restaurant was closed, another reason I had chosen this hotel was because it had a restaurant, nobody told us it would be closed. Very poor. "My husband and i were given a single room on the first floor overlooking the bar next door. It was noisy but we couldn't even close the window because the room (and i think the hotel in general) doesn't have A/C. For 4 star they advertised it's not acceptable However i assume it's common for the small town in Europe. The room had a standind fan. The hotel is old and outdated - need a serious refurbish. "

"the room was in good condition and the front was friendly to me but there were a lot of flies outside of the window. when i opened the window, a lot of flies (maybe 50) came into the room within a minute. Pls do something for fly protection."
