"The room was clean and modern but we had a room directly above the train station and it was very noisy all night. Stayed for two nights and the trains go through all night, with loud tannoy announcements etc. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, but we were disappointed to have such a noisy room when it's a large hotel and didn't appear to be full. "Book a luxury room with sofa bed for family. On arriving the AC doesn't working and in the room was 30°, imagine that with two small children after 5 hours travelling. Fast reaction from the reception to resolving the problem, they change our room with better, but the TV doesn't working almost on every channel. In fact the staff was very hopefully and the breakfast was great, the poll too. And last the SPA was amazing with Ice cave "
