Although many places were closed for the Tet holiday, there was a good selection of bars and restaurants in the area. "The hotel was very nice, the breakfast buffet and pool were excellent. But the whole area around the hotel is under some serious construction and looks like it will be for awhile. If I would have known I would have stayed elsewhere. The construction noise started around 5am with someone yelling through a PA system, the view of the beach from the balcony was obscured, and the walkways to the beach itself (across the street) were full of rubble and caution tape.
