"Great stay for one night "

"Location was great, very close to St Stephens and a beautiful Christmas Market was right outside. Was frustrated when, after the Hotels.com stated in their description I could pay in cash with Euros, I had to pay in local currency so had to make a card payment. I would've paid in full at time of booking if this was the case. Then, at departure they were unable to supply an invoice. The showerhead was dirty, advised the desk so hope it was put right. "Good value for money, but noisy fridge and bathroom vent was enough to disturb your sleep."

"Room was small but bed was comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of selections from sausages and scrambled eggs to pastries and cold cuts. "

You will not be able to sleep from 5:00 AM-11:00AM The kitchen and dinning room right above will make lots of noise. After two days, we could not take it. The staff is kind enough to change our room to third floor."

"The sliding door of the shower kept sliding back, couldn't have a proper shower. Asked staff to fix it on the second day, didn't fix it. Only staying for 2 nights so I just put up with it without asking the staff for help again. Overall, the room was clean and the hotel was safe. Scenic spots in Budapest are basically all packed in the city centre and therefore transport from the hotel was convenient. Staff offered luggage storage after check out for travellers who have flights later in the day....
