"Access for coffee maker in common place is a must.....but NOT available until 7.00 am when breakfast starts. Most people prefer to have a cup of coffee early morning and plan for the day to visit areas. Or at least provide coffee , sugar, cream in room..... Breakfasts was good."

"Our room had everything we needed. We walked to the hotel from termini train station and we attended a ballet across the street from the hotel in the opera house. We used public buses to get around. There are lots of dining close by and a little store next door that sells items that you might want."

"Great room for solo travel. Spacious room for one and good size bathroom. My only problem was lack of plugs as I couldn’t use one of the two plugs as there was no space for my converter as I had UK devices. Definitely recommend the room though, nice walk away from the centre or plenty of public transport options nearby which aren’t hard to figure out. People at reception were very friendly and so were the people running breakfast. Will definitely think of this place next time I’m in Rome."

"The breakfasts were hearty with a self run espresso-cappuccino machine and nice assortment of meats, cheeses, and pastries. Many nice outdoor restaurants nearby with fantastic food. The staff and in particular Fernando and Eduard, were very helpful and particularly with my friends medicinal emergergeny which require immediate transport to a nearby hospital and suggestions for transport on follow-up care. They made all the difference."

"Gregoriana is in an ideal location close by to the top of the Spanish Steps. Spaces—lobby, elevator, rooms—are a little tight, but are well laid out. It is a truly beautiful hotel, tastefully decorated and immaculately maintained. Front desk is helpful. The only area for improvement is that breakfast is run inefficiently, some days verging on the chaotic. Other than that, the Gregoriana offers very much for very reasonable prices."

"The staff working at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Location is very close to Roma Termini so I mainly chose to stay here due to convenience. Breakfast selection was pretty good and was worth paying for. They also helped us get a cab to the airport when we had to fly out the next morning, so I’m glad we chose to stay here. "

"Valentina, the front desk clerk, was unbelievable, so wonderful, helpful and genuinely caring about how our stay was from the moment we checked in until we checked out. The hotel was so close to Trevi Fountain, we walked by it every day. The restaurants around the hotel were fabulous. My wife and I highly recommend the hotel."

"This is a pretty nice piece. Super quiet, clean, great staff, very helpful, respectful, close to local transportation and train station, restaurants, shopping for just about anything, and of course churches. But keep an eye open, look for the light brown heavy doors, or you’ll miss it. Ring the doorbell on left side, easy. Receptionist Liubliana and the nice lady in the restaurant are the best! Btw, the lady in the restaurant makes a fantastic capuchino! "
