"Our second time staying here. Our check in was a dream. Very polite guy checking us in. Was very helpful. We had the 'superior room) #16 which is downstairs. I didnt even know there was a downstairs! Anyway, our 1st visit was in one of the front rooms(upstairs) with the triangle windows looking out onto the town. Room #16 looks out into the basement car parking lot. Speaking of parking, a bit of a hassle. They do have parking in the basement (pick room #16 for the best view) but they dont have...

"Ballina Manor was okay but needs some update to its overall condition. Was a bit disappointed that there was no temperature control in the room as it was rather stuffy in there. In summary, nice but could improve. Hotel staff was okay. Not rude, but definitely not excellent service "

"Good was good. Have lettle and tea and coffe in the room. The sink tap was a bit too loose but not a major issue. The room service came into the room without knocking the door. It was a shock. Checking out no staffs at the front desk. Ok but nothing major. "

Hillary, the owner brought us a water in a pitcher and glasses if we were thirsty. Breakfast was delicious with options ranging from a full breakfast to a continental breakfast. We very much enjoyed our stay."

"We had a great stay house was really clean and comfortable but unfortunatly it is about 20 km from the train station as it says on website its 15 min walk so we had to get taxis in and out of town which was 30 euro each way Also they don't have credit card facilities so the money had to be revoluted or cash and we weren't informed of this untill day 2.."
