"Great location and about 15 mins walk to the town center. We booked the Heritage rooms which had an old world charm with great views. The service was excellent and the staff extremely hospitable. Overall, a really good stay. "

"The room which we booked for 3 people doesn’t have enough space. We had to upgrade with additional cost, post upgrade as an additional bed only mattress was given, there are other hotels which provide a cot with no additional cost at all. The cafeteria did not have enough food options, the bathroom once closed developed a pungent smell after sometime, we had to call room service for bathroom freshener time and again. Overall experience is average, i have lived in better hotels at same or lower...

"Not a good experience. Room was smelly. I think it was the smell of Paint/whitewash. Water issue, flush was licking. In the morning there was no water in the bathroom. Had to use water bottle for tooth brush. Overall not a good experience."

"apart from location, nothing is great about this hotel. 125mtrs from MG Marg. Travel desk at the hotel is very expensive and overcharges everything. Frequent power cuts makes lifts unsafe. Studio Rooms have a good mountain view. "

"Location is not far or close from MG Marg. However, scenic view rooms. During our stay the elevator was not working and breakfast was arranged in another hotel. I hope they rectify this during season."
