"The weather is great, sunny all the time. free bikes so you can quickly get to the center. bicycle paths everywhere. room for 4 people is cramped and small. the fourth bed opens from the wall. between the beds with 30 cm of free space to go to the balcony. capsule coffee machine, unfortunately not refilled every day, so we drank a cup of coffee in one day. the rooms were clean, cleaned every day and towels were changed every day. large canteen, always free tables. the food was varied, a lot, but...

"We booked a stay for our family of 2 adults and 3 teenage children in an ‘executive apartment’. The apartment itself was clean and tidy but there was only one mirror in the apartment other than the bathroom which was tricky with 5 of us sharing one apartment. It was not considered to be a ‘room only’ hotel stay by the staff. We were told that it is a separate apartment and therefore we had to pay if we needed additional toilet rolls (1 euro each!). By far the most disappointing part of our stay...

"So close to the shore and loved swimming at the lake. So many things to do! There is biking and many water sports. Rentals right close by the hotel. The hotel was very helpful in finding delicious dining options. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Lovely stay!! Views at breakfast are amazing! Breakfast food is lovely. Rooms are modern and spacious. Fantastic location close to the lakeside and 10 minute walk from the town. Could not fault the stay and will most certainly return xx"

"We stayed as a family in two rooms in August. Rooms were both very clean and comfortable with ample storage. Shower cubicles feel a little small ( I am not a big person) but bathrooms very clean and tidy. Air con in rooms did not get very cold but worked well enough. Pool area was very clean with a nice pool but too few sun beds with people reserving them for hours with towels and hardly using them. Some people had towels on beds and did not even turn up all day - I was about to throw their...

"A quaint and beautiful hotel in a wonderful part of Italy. Francesca and all the staff were incredibly accommodating and couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome. We will definitely stay here again when next in Riva del Garda. "

"It’s just like an apartment, there is nothing like hotel or hostel in it. There is no one in reception after 8 pm and all the gates were closed even the outer main gate after 10 pm. They give me a bunch of keys containing my room key, apartment main door key and main gate code. When I came to hotel at 11 pm and start opening all these doors it took long time as some of the keys were old and don’t work properly. There is no bus nearby and each time I took taxi for Riva Del Garda which cost 10...

"Lovely modern interior! The recent renovation looks stunning. The rooms are of a decent size and the view from the balconies are amazing however I would recommend to ask for one on the 3rd floor otherwise the view is blocked a little by the trees. Would definitely return here!"
