"My husband and I stayed in this hotel on the way to BC and coming back and overall nice, clean and friendly staff . . BUT rooms are not sound proof at all!! You can literally hear people stomping upstairs and in beside rooms, talking and doors opening and closing. I had to wear ear plugs and turn on a fan app on my phone and still constantly got woken up all night long "

"Golden Village Lodge is where our school sports teams stay and they are always very accommodating. Sound travels fairly easily between rooms, but the restaurant MORE than makes up for it! Great food."

"Very friendly staff throughout the stay. They made us feel very welcome. A common area with a lovely wood burning fire was great for lounging and reading. The location of the place is unique, being in the woods, which gives the place a nice charm."
