"It was a beautiful property! Like a treehouse tucked away in the jungle, but right on the main strip 5 mins across the street from playa Carmen. Close to great cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Our check in process went smoothly and the private family room was perfect, except that we noticed quite quickly the AC wasn’t working on the 2nd level in the bedrooms. The staff were so kind and quick to work hard and fix it by the time we went got back for dinner. 10/10 customer service. Would...

"A little dirty from all the leaves and dead plants that fall, but most hotels have the same problem in the area. There was a huge storm at night and we could not sleep from the incredible noise on the roof from the rain. I would say this was 5x the normal noise. Other than that, the property was great. 5-star staff!"

I had to contact them via WhatsApp to find out that they had placed keys already in the hotel door the road from Montezuma to the hotel was extremely steep and the road looks like it was freshly cut out of the rock. the views were very, very nice, but the hotel itself felt very much like a youth hostel. We decided not to stay the night and to the credit of the hotel they did give me a refund minus one night . The pool is super tiny and had a dirt ring around it not...

"Jessica was very helpful and friendly she helped us check in and get the fridge to work. The laundry machine was broken so we had to do laundry in the sink . There were drying racks to use and I believe a working dryer but don’t bother . The room was clean the water pressure in the shower was weak but not a big deal. We walked to the market for groceries to breakfast . We were only there for 2 nights so ate out both nights for dinner . I highly recommend El Colibi Argentinian Grill very lovely...

"The staff were really friendly. The room was spacious enough for a family of 4 adults. It was close to Playa Carrillo and only 15min drive from Samara. The steakhouse attached to the hotel was also delicious! We ate there both nights. Highly recommend this stay to experience a more local beach town!"
