"Perfect stay for a couple of nights visiting Udine and surrounding areas. The hotel is located in a quiet area but still close to the city centre. Staff at the reception are professional and helpful. Nice having the option of having breakfast in the morning. "

"4th floor rooms have been modernized. Great Breakfast. Old town Udine is about a 10 minute walk away. Train station nearby but never heard any noise. There's a nominal fee for parking in an interior courtyard lot."

"Stopped here while on business many times . Very convenient to udine center and easy access to train station and bus services. No frills hotel. But does what it does well. Could do with some moderate redecorating. But does not stop me from staying there and already planning my next stay in the new year"

"It's hard to find better accommodation in this price range, so I used it for the second time and would gladly use it again in the future. Nicely located facility, inside you can see that it's been used, but I like signs of life as long as they're not too intrusive. Excellent sleeping comfort. I think it would be more elegant if for breakfast, apart from the available sweets and the delivered ham, there were some options for vegetarians."

"Easy to reach and mins walk to center. Bfst a bit simple but acceptable. Restaurant not open for dinner but ok to walk around into center where lots options available.... In general a pleasant stay and staff are friendly."
