"We had a comfortable stay, only disappoint was the hotel description states laundry service and a pool but actually the laundry service is a service off-site not a laundromat that I assumed. A laundromat was not even walking distance. Also there was no pool onsite but about 15 minutes away from hotel apparently but not sure if that was walking distance or by car. Other than that everything else was good, friendly staff and felt safe and secure in the hotel. Perfect views also from the top floor...

"The owners are hands in and very accommodating. The room was brand new and the bathroom was beautiful. Very centrally located and easy to walk into town. The owner gave a good restaurant recommendation and good directions. "

"Great location near Corso, train, ferry, museum. Helpful friendly staff. Ad said ocean view but many rooms do not have one. My single room was small but fine."

"Great family business, super friendly and these guys all went out of their way to make this a memorable trip, even driving us out of Palmi to take us to a neighbouring town. "Ho pernottato solo una notte nella struttura e, anche se la zona non è delle migliori, è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o con il taxi dalla stazione centrale. Il personale è davvero molto cordiale e disponibile, fa sì che vi sentiate a proprio agio e ben accolti. La colazione è all'italiana, ma se preferite in camera è disponibile una cucina privata. Nel complesso la struttura è ben tenuta e pulita. Soddisfatta!"

"A very mixed bag. The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response. There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever). The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off "
