"Location is great 2 min walk from central station. Friendly reception staff, helped me out with a plug adaptor when I realised mine wouldn't work! Room was dated but very comfortable and had everything I needed. Breakfast was lovely. Luggage storage was very handy. Would definitely recommend."

"Mind blowing location! Absolutely gorgeous hotel, very private and charming. Our balcony overlooked the Duomo Basilica of Santa Maria and was located in the piazza. Staff were attentive helpful and spoke perfect English. "

Many restaurants nearby Very helpful staff Newly remodeled My only negative point was it was a bit difficult to see the entrance since the lobby is on the third floor and the main building entrance is street level and the hotel entrance is not clearly marked! Other than that 5 star! Also nice breakfast buffet included!"

"Loved our stay here! The staff was so nice and accommodating (letting us check in much earlier than check out). The room was clean, beautiful, and air conditioned. Not being used to the humidity we are most thankful for that! The only thing I’d say is that the shower doors were not able to close all the way so water got out and made the floor super wet so we felt bad leaving it like that. Other than that, the breakfast was delicious and we will definitely be using them again when and if we come...
