"The whole family had a fantastic time. Yep the hotel is old but the pools and water park are well maintained and they’re basically the star of the hotel. Kids have an amazing time at the water park. We had satisfactory meals at the hotel’s restaurants as well though we only got daily breakfast and went to the Japanese ramen restaurant on site for dinner one night. All round good. Now the hotel is clearly old, but it looks like efforts have been made to maintain it. We got the cheapest room...

"Nice upgraded room with view. Beds comfortable. The room was generally clean however area under bed and night stand were very dirty and need to be pulled out and vacuumed. No transportation to airport use taxis or Uber. "

"It was good. Upon checking in the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Checking in was fast. The room was comfortable but the lighting in the bathroom was a bit dark especially by the sink."
