"The staff was very friendly and the location of this hotel is 10/10. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. Can hear some noise from room, but I’ve found this pretty typical with most places I’ve stayed in Europe so it wasn’t bothersome. "Seeing that it was my first time to Belgium, the visit was pretty. I am recovering from an injury and by design or faith I was given the ground floor. Which made it even better especially with the hotel’s bar just around the corner. The staff was friendly and informative and the location is ideal again, with a lower body injury the location gave a lot more scope for venturing out. All in all it was a really good fit and I will definitely stay there again. "
