"First time stay at a Tokyu Stay. I'll definitely be using the chain again. Loved the hospitality from staff, the convinience of the room (there a washing machine/dryer in the room) and the onsen within the hotel. The hotel was well located. Easy walk to the Red Brick Warehouse, the Hakodate morning market (the hotel offers breakfast tickets for some restaurants in the market) and close to the tram stops so you can get around Hakodate with ease"

"The staff provided the 'Superb' service. I stayed at the annex building which was a bit dated but totally clean for 4 weeks. I had access to sauna, washing machine, dryer, kitchen sink, microwave, ice machine & Free breakfast. It took me 11 minutes to walk to Goryōkaku where I could enjoy viewing the cherry blossom & I loved it. I highly recommend this hotel. If I ever have the chance to visit Hakodate again during cherry blossom season, I will not hesitate to book this hotel again. "
