"The Emerald is a beautiful, homey place and I enjoy stopping there on my frequent trips. It's affordable, and simple (no extra accessories), but I am good with that. Always very clean. They are very convenient coming from the airport on the hourly shuttle service. Being a single lady traveling alone, I would appreciate it if the door were a little stronger (no loose door knob, a sturdier lock, etc.) just for securit's sake, but otherwise I am happy with the property and services. "Excellent shuttle service. Contacted them ahead and it worked nice and smoothy, both to and from the airport. Staff were quite noisy in the corridors and this is one thing that could be easily improved. Comfortable bed, nice breakfast, bathroom was sufficient for needs."

We were 2 couples that paid a week in advance through Hotels.com, confirmation was emailed and I phoned 3 times to confirm because we were going to arrive a bit earlier because we have a wedding close by. When we arrived they did not want to give us our room keys because they said they did not receive payment. We spoke to the 2 girls working there, which was very unproffesional eating chips and handling our phones without any sanitation etc, we showed them proof of payment,...

"Airport Tower Lodge was the perfect stay for our overnight before our next flights. The beds were extremely comfortable and we got a great nights sleep. The property is beautiful, we loved all the details and the spaciousness. They even had a well stocked honesty bar that was very convenient as we didn't have a car. The transfers both from and to the airport were seamless. "
