"The Rooms are tiny and smelly and dated. Requested to change room as was staying for a whole week and they asked for more money. Other guest that arrived later had better rooms. Reception staff is out to grouch you for money at every request. Had confirmed booking from expedia and was told they did not have the booking and it was cancelled- where in the desk clerk the night before confirmed that the room was booked for the extra night. No natural light- windows facing the next building...

"I would never recommend anyone travelling to Dhaka to go stay there, the hotel smells of smoke and the room smells worse, the bathroom looks like a communal toilet the stains and the stench, no hot water either, stained bedding and towels. I would request all online providers to delist this property. They treated me like a criminal and I'm not used to this sort of service. Avoid at all cost people its a matter of health and safety. See pictures as reference."

"Eventhough I have already paid by hotels.com, they still charge me for my stay (double charged). I have emailed them but still no answer after 7 days passed. Bad service. Please check your email and do your job properly. Emailed and called them again today but they give excuses."

"This was the second time I stayed at the Raintree. The price is comparable to others in the area, with large rooms reasonably priced. There’s a lively coffee shop in the lobby and the hotel staff are wonderful. Twice they arranged for an airport transfer in the middle of the night. Also, one of the main reasons I chose to stay here a second time was the outstanding breakfast buffet that included many options for vegetarians.
