"We booked a room for 4 people but it wasn't for four! It was only for two and at reception they said it was misunderstanding. Shower was leaking, hairdryer didn't work, TV required a code which was different every day so we had to call somebody to come and set it,they didn't clean the room the next day, the last day we didn't have breakfast as on Saturdays they serve it from 10am but we had to leave at 9am, at checkout they charged us for items at the fridge that we didn't take. "Ever check in to a place and say, "Oh well, it's only for a few nights?" RIght across from the train station. ALL NIGHT LONG the trains blow their horns - they don't do that during the day, but ALL NIGHT LONG they do. I stayed 4 nights. Did not (could not) sleep the 1st or 4th night. "It is a small hotel close to the center of Ulaanbaatar. The rooms were clean and the hotel was well maintained. There is no elevator but the hotel staff will help you with your luggage. A basic breakfast was an unexpected bonus (I didn't notice it when making a reservation). It has nothing to do with hotel itself but when coming from or going to the Ulaanbaatar airport give yourself plenty of time. The traffic in the city is insane (for no apparent reason). "

"Rooms smelled like smoke, bathroom was not clean - one of our rooms had a broken faucet and leaky toilet. Checking in was weird, staff didn't give me a key or tell me the room number just the floor and when I got there another staff told a local man what room, no wifi code etc. Later on I went back to the front desk the staff was helpful though. But since there was a holiday the restaurant incl. room service was unavailable with little eating options nearby."
