"Helpful staff"

"The shower needs to be redone! Water runs out of the shower, making the floor very slippery. Rooms with bathtubs need handles installed to make it easier and safer for older guests to get out. Using the shower or bathtub is currently very difficult and dangerous for them. Additionally, the room temperature was extremely hot and needs better control. Otherwise, it’s a great hotel with excellent staff, a fantastic location, and a wonderful overall experience. Thank you!"

"A superb location with the comfortable airport bus right outside the door, and the downtown core within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly, room was huge and well soundproofed. The bed was comfortable and WiFi reliably fast. The breakfast was surprisingly good (excellent buffet selection). Great value for money for a really good night's sleep!"
