"We got a warm friendly welcome on reception. Room was clean and smell fresh. All was good, except we got lots of noise, banging and walking from the room above. This was probably due to poor sound proofing. I will score this hotel 4.5 stars out of 5."

"Hotel was clean and staff were friendly, only thing that let it down for us was, we had no hot water during our stay.and there was noise disruption from people in the rooms near by on our first night."

"All good, no issues.. been stopping here every week since early Jan. They seem to be improving things on a weekly basis, the new shower gel is huge improvement.. smells really nice. Staff are lovely and the scrambled eggs are fab! "

"Staff on my arrival was good, young man training on reception. A bit poor on my departure young lady didn't ask if my stay was ok or not. Spacious room good size bathroom. Shower wash hit & miss as sometimes the water stopped and started. Good amount of sockets only problem none near the bed. "

"The staff were all very approachable and friendly. The room was spacious, and clean. The air conditioning/heating was loud but otherwise it had everything i needed. I enjoyed my stay and will book again. "
