"The whole family had a fantastic time. Yep the hotel is old but the pools and water park are well maintained and they’re basically the star of the hotel. Kids have an amazing time at the water park. We had satisfactory meals at the hotel’s restaurants as well though we only got daily breakfast and went to the Japanese ramen restaurant on site for dinner one night. All round good. Now the hotel is clearly old, but it looks like efforts have been made to maintain it. We got the cheapest room...

"The staff was very friendly. We had a great time at the property. We used the pool, which was clean. They have an ice and water machine in each floor. The rooms are very modern and our room offered breathtaking views of the ocean and the mountains. Another plus was it was a short walk to the shops and beach. I will definitely stay here again."

"Grand Plaza is a budget hotel.so the price is reasonable. Terrific location right in the middle of Tumon. Staff was nice and accommodating. Room was pretty spacious. The wifi is quite slow. TV is analog...not much programming. Four- leg.tub is unsafe to.get in and out.for shower..Floor gets.wet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.. ."
