"The room which was 54 very nice but the air con unit even when switched off had water running behind it all through the night. Complained two nights, so no attempt to sort it and couldn’t move me, complained on checkout no reaction not even a sorry So decent hotel but not ROOM 54 "

"Very central in Hitchin so you next to everything which is very convenient, with parking, but it limited especially if you have a large vehicle."

"The room was spotless, very roomy and well set out, modern and airy, the bed was super comfy. The location is set away from any main roads and has a countryside feel, so no noise on a night to upset your sleep. Also you have free access to a well equipped gym and various eateries on site."
