"They checked me in to a room without even make sure it was functional . Bathroom flush handle was broken , no towels , extremely dirty door and sheets . They were dusty and brown No hot water . They later switched my room but again it was equally dirty , I was told to run 2 big buckets of water before you get hot water . Still no hot water in am . Staff are clueless . Only one downfall, restaurant manager/supervisor who was in charge on 9Sep night (cant recall his name) passed an offensive and unacceptable remark on my way of eating thosai without realising that i’m a tamilian. I think he should just mind his own business and refrain from passing remark while customer having their meals. "

"They claim to provide free breakfast. However, they don't officially start until 8 AM, which is too late if you want to start your day earlier than that and visit temples. Spread is very limited as well. But the rooms are clean and its in an accessible part of the town"

"Place needs to be mantained better. There was a black footprint on the bedsheet when we arrived and they had to be replaced. The place was not very clean. This was a non-smoking suite and we had tremendous smoke smell later in the night coming from the vents from an adjacent smoking room. We have relayed our complains to the manager but I don't think we would stay here again."
